Cancellation & Refund

At Parnik Naturals, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please email us at parniknaturalsae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still be eligible for a refund or replacement if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

3. Important Notes

All orders placed through our website are prepaid only.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming payment.
