We currently ship orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Orders placed from outside the UAE will not be processed.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, once dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by UAE authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Prepaid Orders Only

We accept prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders are shipped only after full payment has been successfully received and verified.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages
